I loved the scent of the wax melts, but the candle I ordered wouldn’t stay lit because the wicks were shifted into weird places, one of my items was missing and the vendor kindly gave a discount code to order a replacement, but the discount code didn’t work. I tried emailing and I never got a response. I’d order again because of the quality on melts, but I’d be cautious in general. The dog balm was absolutely amazing too! Just sad that my order had issues with no resolve (even though the vendor attempted it when she realized her mistake when making my order - which I appreciate).
